Game 3: Portugal v Morocco
Portugal 1-0 Morocco
I was hoping to find a way of watching this game today in its entirety but I failed and was only able to catch the closing minutes on my phone while on the train. It just so happened that at that point Morocco had a good chance and the shot seemed to be on target until Pepe got in the way. He celebrated the block like he’d scored and Portugal seemed a bit wobbly towards the end but held on for the win.
In other news, John Terry put a picture of the game on Instagram with a comment saying that he was having to watch it with the sound turned down. Might that have something to do with the female commentator?
I should be able to see the full match between Spain and Iran later so my next missive might be more in depth than this one!
