That is the end of the Group stage and tomorrow we start with the Last 16. Now it is serious, lose a game and you are on the first plane home. There have been some shocks along the way, none greater than Germany coming dead last in Group F.

So, what can we expect now? Certainly there will be more shocks in store, even if they are not quite up to the level of the German one. Columbia v England on Monday evening, what could possibly go wrong?!
